We designed and built this vibrant solid-body guitar for Patrick! We took the classic flat T-style design as a starting point to create a truly unique, one-of-a-kind instrument. It feels modern yet familiar—new, yet somehow classic at the same time. A real eye-catcher is the Candy Tangerine metallic finish; applied as an ultra-thin nitrocellulose coat, it allows the natural wood grain to remain visible underneath.
Otherwise, we kept things very classic in the true spirit of a solid-body guitar, utilizing alder, ash, maple, and ebony. The ABM tremolo—machined from solid bell brass—delivers rich sustain and, combined with Gotoh vintage-style locking tuners, ensures exceptional tuning stability. Hand-wound Amber pickups provide a classic PAF tone, paying homage to the “Holy Grail” of 1959 Les Pauls.
The slightly shortened 25″ scale length produces a warmer, softer tone with less “twang” than a traditional T-style guitar. Additionally, 22 highly polished stainless steel frets and a 12–16″ compound fretboard radius ensure a modern playing feel, low action, and incredibly smooth string bending. All in all, I’d call it a modern classic!
