T upside down

We built this Tellus for John Little in Prague. The basis was of course a classic Esquire design. But then came the twist: John is left-handed, but taught himself to play on a right-handed guitar. Therefore, the guitar should be a lefty design, but the strings should be in the classic “right-handed” order. Of course, this also resulted in the use of a “right bridge” and a “right” headstock design. Phew, that solved a few brain knots until we finally communicated it correctly by email 🙂 For modern ergonomics, we added a contour shaping of the body on the front and back. For a decent twang we chose a Gotoh Bridge with steel saddles, the pickup should have a transparent vintage voicing with 6kOhm. The rest is pretty traditional: a swampash body, maple neck and fingerboard, transparent blonde finish and traditional esquire circuit. Less is just enough!
