True Temperament Frets and Evertune Bridge<\/h3>\n

We built this hydra at Holger’s request. The most striking feature is of course the True Temperament Fret System. In this well-thought-out system, the fret spacing was calculated string-specifically. The normal fret system with its calculation formula, the twelfth root of two, only produces approximate values whose tolerance the players have become accustomed to over the years. The TT system achieves a harmoniously tempered tuning, just like with the piano. You can clearly hear the difference, but you never feel it while playing. \nWe also used an Evertune Bridge. As the name suggests, this bridge mechanically keeps you in tune. Always! This is made possible by a sophisticated spring system.
\nFor maximum sound variety, the two splittable H\u00e4ussel humbuckers are connected to a Megaswitch P.
\nAnother nice gimmick: The Autotrim tuners from Planet Waves not only have a locking function, they also cut the string automatically when tuning up, completely without tools.
